Adisvara was founded in 1972 by Ved Prakash Sharma, a third-generation gemologist from Jaipur who studied both modern gemology at the GIA and traditional Vedic stone science under his grandfather. The name combines Adi (primordial) and Ishvara (lord). A recognition that these stones are not ornaments but instruments, shaped by geological forces over millions of years and resonant with the same cosmic patterns the ancient rishis mapped in the Puranas.
Every stone in our collection passes through three filters before it is offered: geological integrity verified by GIA or IGI certification, astrological alignment confirmed by our resident Vedic acharya, and aesthetic presence judged by master craftsmen who have cut gemstones for five generations.
